		<description>Hey!! That&#039;s really good. I have never run 10k in training, only on the race day (in 1 hour 7 minutes, shame on your long legs =p)!! Still, pretty good as your 5th run, especially when you do it in the morning! 

Keep it up. I am currently in Denmark. Found a nice route to run! Take care.</description>
